Managing Listings

Once your listing is published, you can manage it at any time. Update prices, change details, mark items as sold, or remove listings you no longer need.

Editing a listing

1. Go to your profile

   Open your profile and tap the Listings tab to see all your listings.

2. Select the listing to edit

   Tap on the listing you want to change. This opens the listing detail view. From there, tap the edit option to open the Edit Listing screen.

3. Update the details

   You can change any of the following:

   • Title — update the name of your product
   • Description — add or change product details
   • Category — switch to a different category
   • Price — update your asking price
   • Quantity — change the available quantity
   • Listing options — adjust negotiability, transport, payment methods, and harvest date
   • Visibility — change who can see the listing (public, circles only, or early access)
   • Location — select a different saved location
   • Images — add new photos or set a different primary image

4. Tap “Save Changes”

   Once you are happy with your edits, tap the green Save Changes button. Your listing will be updated immediately.

Changing listing status

Every listing has a status that tells buyers whether it is available. You can change the status from the Edit Listing screen:

Status	What it means
Active	Your listing is live and visible to buyers on the marketplace.
Draft	Your listing is saved but not visible to anyone. Use this to prepare listings before publishing.
Sold	The item has been sold. The listing stays on your profile but is no longer shown in search results.
Expired	The listing has expired. You can reactivate it by changing the status back to Active.

Tip

When you sell an item, mark it as Sold rather than deleting it. This frees up your listing slot and keeps a record of your sales history, which helps build your reputation.

Managing photos

You can add up to 5 photos per listing. When editing:

• Add new photos — tap the ”+” button to take a new photo or choose from your gallery.
• Set primary image — tap any existing photo to make it the main image buyers see first. The primary photo is marked with a star badge.
• Remove photos — tap the “x” button on any photo to remove it.

Promoting your listings

If you want more visibility for your listing, you can promote it using your earned points. Two promotion options are available from the Edit Listing screen:

Boost

Your listing appears higher in search results for 7 days. Costs 350 points.

Feature

Your listing is highlighted in the Featured section of the marketplace for 7 days. Costs 700 points.

To promote a listing, open it for editing and scroll down to the Promote Your Listing section. Choose either Boost or Feature, confirm the points cost, and your listing will be promoted immediately.

Note

Promotions are only available for listings with Active status. You can check your current points balance on your profile under the Rewards tab.

Viewing listing stats

The Edit Listing screen shows useful statistics about your listing:

• Views — how many times buyers have looked at your listing
• Created — the date your listing was first published

Use these stats to understand how your listings are performing. If a listing is not getting many views, consider updating the title, adding better photos, or boosting it.

Deleting a listing

If you no longer need a listing, you can delete it permanently:

1. Open the listing for editing.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the Edit Listing screen.
3. Tap the red Delete Listing button.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Caution

Deleting a listing cannot be undone. If you might want to relist the item later, consider changing the status to Draft instead of deleting it.

Your seller profile

Every seller on Pamusika has a public profile that buyers can view. Your profile shows:

• Your name and photo — how buyers identify you
• Verified badge — displayed if you have completed verification
• Rating and reviews — feedback from past buyers
• Stats — number of active listings, followers, and total views
• Bio — a short description about you and your farm
• Announcement — a pinned message for your followers (great for seasonal updates or special offers)
• Active listings — all your currently available products

To update your bio and announcement, go to your seller profile and tap the Update button in the top-right corner. A strong profile with a good bio and clear photo helps build trust with buyers.

Filtering your listings

On your profile’s Listings tab, you can filter by status to quickly find what you need:

• All — shows every listing regardless of status
• Active — only live listings visible to buyers
• Draft — unpublished listings you are still working on
• Sold — items you have already sold
• Expired — listings that have expired and need renewal
