Buyer Circles

Buyer Circles are private groups that sellers create on Pamusika. They let sellers reward their best customers with perks like early access to new listings, percentage discounts, and free delivery. Think of a Circle as a VIP club for a seller’s most valued buyers.

How Circles work

Sellers create Circles and invite buyers to join. Each Circle has a name, a description, a colour tag, and a set of benefits that every member receives automatically.

Early Access

Circle members can see new listings hours before anyone else. The seller sets how many hours of head start members get.

Discounts

Members may receive a percentage discount on every listing from that seller.

Free Delivery

Some Circles include free delivery on all orders from the seller.

For buyers — joining a Circle

As a buyer you can discover Circles on a seller’s profile page.

  1. Open a seller’s profile by tapping their name on any listing.
  2. Look for the Circles section on their profile.
  3. Tap Request to Join on the Circle you are interested in.
  4. Wait for the seller to approve your request. You will be notified once you are accepted.

Once you are a member, the Circle’s benefits apply automatically when you view or purchase that seller’s listings. For example, if the Circle offers 24 hours of early access, you will see new listings from that seller before the general public.

For sellers — creating and managing Circles

Sellers can create multiple Circles to organise their customer base. For example, you might have a “VIP Customers” Circle with a 10% discount and a “Family & Friends” Circle with free delivery.

Creating a Circle

  1. Navigate to Buyer Circles from your profile or seller menu.
  2. Tap the + button in the bottom-right corner.
  3. Enter a Circle Name (for example, “VIP Customers”) and an optional Description.
  4. Pick a colour to help you tell your Circles apart at a glance.
  5. Toggle the benefits you want to offer:
    • Early access — set how many hours of head start members get (for example, 24 hours).
    • Discount — set a percentage discount (for example, 10% off all listings).
    • Free delivery — members receive free delivery on all your listings.
  6. Tap Create to save your new Circle.

Adding members

  1. Open the Circle and tap the add member icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Search for a buyer by name or phone number, or choose from your Recent Buyers list.
  3. Tap the + button next to a buyer to add them instantly.

Managing members

  • Notes — Tap the notes icon on any member to add private notes (for example, “Orders every Friday”). Only you can see these notes.
  • Remove — Tap the remove icon to remove a member from the Circle. They will lose access to the Circle’s benefits immediately.

Editing or deleting a Circle

  • Tap the pencil icon on a Circle card to edit its name, description, colour, or benefits.
  • Tap the bin icon to delete the Circle. This removes all members and cannot be undone.

Build Loyalty

Reward repeat customers and keep them coming back. Buyers who feel valued are more likely to buy from you again.

Sell Faster

Early access means your Circle members can buy before anyone else sees the listing, helping you sell produce quickly.

Offering exclusive perks sets you apart from other sellers on the marketplace and attracts serious buyers.
